Agreement to Terms
By opting in to receive SMS text messages from POSboro ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not opt in to our SMS messaging program.
SMS Messaging Program
POSboro offers an SMS messaging program that provides:
- Order Confirmations: Confirmation that your order has been received
- Order Status Updates: Notifications when your order is being prepared, ready for pickup, or out for delivery
- Verification Codes: One-time codes for account verification or order pickup
- Promotional Messages: Special offers, discounts, and rewards (only if you separately opt in to marketing messages)
Opt-In and Consent
- By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from POSboro
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase
- You may opt in through our website, in-store tablet, or point-of-sale system
- Your consent applies only to POSboro and will not be shared with or used by unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with POSboro:
- Transactional Messages: Typically 2-4 messages per order (confirmation, preparation, ready notification)
- Verification Codes: Sent only when requested by you
- Promotional Messages: Frequency varies; typically no more than 4 messages per month (if opted in)
Message and Data Rates
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time:
- Text STOP to the number from which you received a message
- After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message
- You will no longer receive SMS messages from POSboro unless you opt in again
To resume messages after opting out, text START to the same number.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes

Disclaimer of Warranties
The SMS messaging program is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the availability, timeliness, or accuracy of SMS messages. We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier, device, or other factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
POSboro shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the SMS program, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
